Zgadzam się, że w celu ochrony zdrowia publicznego hotel musi na prowadzić aktualny zapis wszystkich gości przebywających w hotelu – imię i nazwisko, narodowość, datę przyjazdu i wyjazdu, dane kontaktowe (telefon, adres e-mail), tak aby komunikacja była możliwa w przypadku koronawirusa w późniejszym terminie. RODO jest przestrzegane przez wszystkich pracowników, a informacje o gościach będą przechowywane w aktach ze względu na ochronę zdrowia publicznego.

Oświadczam i potwierdzam, że zostałem należycie poinformowany, że KOALA HOTEL spełnia przepisy ustawy dotyczące specjalnych protokołów opieki zdrowotnej (zgodnie ze wspólną decyzją ministerialną 1881/29.5.2020 w sprawie specjalnego protokołu opieki zdrowotnej które będą miały zastosowanie do przedsiębiorstw turystycznych w świetle środków przeciwko Covid-19) i uznają, że Hotel nie ponosi odpowiedzialności (za przywrócenie szkód lub w inny sposób), o ile środki przewidziane w tych protokołach opieki zdrowotnej są przestrzegane.

I declare and confirm that I have been properly informed that Georgalas Sun Beach Resort satisfies the provisions of the law regarding the special healthcare protocols (as provided under the Joint Ministerial Decision 1881/29.5.2020 regarding the special healthcare protocols that will apply to the touristic enterprises in light of the measures against Covid-19) and acknowledge that the Hotel shall not be held liable (for the restoration of damage or otherwise), as long as the measures provided under said healthcare protocols are complied with.

Δηλώνω και επιβεβαιώνω ότι έχω ενημερωθεί σωστά ότι το Georgalas Sun Beach Resort  πληροί τις διατάξεις του νόμου σχετικά με τα ειδικά πρωτόκολλα υγειονομικής περίθαλψης (όπως προβλέπεται στην κοινή υπουργική απόφαση 1881 / 29.5.2020 σχετικά με την πρωτόκολλα υγειονομικής περίθαλψης που θα ισχύουν για τις τουριστικές επιχειρήσεις βάσει των μέτρων κατά του Covid-19) και αναγνωρίζουν ότι το ξενοδοχείο δεν θα θεωρηθεί υπεύθυνο (για την αποκατάσταση ζημιών ή άλλως), εφόσον τα μέτρα που προβλέπονται στα εν λόγω πρωτόκολλα υγειονομικής περίθαλψης συμμορφώθηκε με.

Potwierdzam, że ja i współdzielący mojego pokoju nie mają objawów choroby Covid-19, nie jesteśmy w kwarantannie, podejmiemy wszelkie niezbędne środki ostrożności przed epidemią i podróżujemy na własne ryzyko.

The GDPR is complied by all staff members and guests information will be kept on file for reasons of public health protection.</li><ul>


Ich stimme zu, dass das Hotel aus Gründen des Schutzes der öffentlichen Gesundheit eine aktualisierte Aufzeichnung aller Gäste, die sich im Hotel aufhalten, führen muss - Name, Nationalität, Ankunfts- und Abreisedatum, Kontaktdaten (Telefon, E-Mail), damit eine Kommunikation möglich ist, falls zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ein Coronavirus-Fall festgestellt wird. Die GDPR wird von allen Mitarbeitern eingehalten, und die Informationen der Gäste werden aus Gründen des Schutzes der öffentlichen Gesundheit in den Akten aufbewahrt.
